The Best Summer Academic Camp NJ Has Ever Seen!
Students who choose to live on campus, which is the vast majority of our students, are housed in our best residence hall, called Founder’s Hall. This is the best summer academic camp NJ has to offer, now entering our 10th straight year!
Suite – Style Living: All students live in suites. When you enter the suite from the hallway, you will see a kitchenette and a living room with couches and a table and such. So students can hang-out there with their new friends and roommates. To the left are two single rooms and a full bathroom, and to the right are two single rooms and a full bathroom. So each students has their own single room with their own door (and the single has a bed, desk, chair and a closet) and shares a full bathroom with only one other student. So each student has their own full single room, with their own door. It is awesome.
Co-ed by Floor: The residence hall is quite large so we divide the building up by gender and by floor. Staff live on the halls as well to provide safety and supervision.
Common Space: On each floor in the center of the building are large common spaces where we hang out when we aren’t in class or doing organized activities. This is the heart of the program. We have pool tables and all sorts of things like foosball etc. We also have tons of games, and places to watch movies, and space for all of our activities and fun events. As we describe in the evenings page, this is where a lot of the evening activities take place.
Camp Office, Health Center, and 24-hour supervision: Staff live in suites on the halls with the students. The camp Office and Health Center are located on the first floor of the residence hall, and even the Camp Director lives in the dorm during the summer.
Day Students: 8:30 am – 7pm and includes lunch and dinner, plus all supplies.
Day students are picked up and dropped off at Founder’s Hall. Early drop off is available if needed.
